My family has been growing potatoes in southern Colorado for as long as I can remember. Every year, with every crop comes the miss-shaped potatoes. Some of which are in the shape of hearts. The miss-shaped ones are just thrown out. It has been a goal of mine to keep the heart shaped ones and spread love by selling them. Who doesn't need a potato in the shape of a heart? There are limited potatoes, if we run out we will have more next harvest season so remember to keep checking back.
